‘Leading the Way’ – Influence and Ownership in Volunteer Management

As part of the European Year of volunteering we are delivering a series of free online training sessions

Susan J Ellis of Energize Inc. http://www.energizeinc.com/ says “It takes a Whole Organisation” to truly involve volunteers effectively. But, in reality, is this what really happens?

In our next national webinar broadcast for managers of volunteers and volunteer-involving organisations, we will explore why Volunteer Managers themselves have to take the lead in influencing a wider ownership of volunteer management, both within their own organisations and beyond.

Focusing on:
• How we can influence more effectively – tips for a successful approach
• Why it’s so important that we do this as a profession – and what it means if we don’t
• Developing a voice for volunteer management – as individuals and collectively
• Sharing successes, inspiration and insight!

Featuring examples from experienced volunteer managers in the field, plus your ideas by providing a platform for debate and discussion.

Book your free place today. We look forward to you joining us!
